Full refund within 7 days

If the model is not right for you for any reason, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

If the file did not arrive

If you have not received the file within 24 hours of payment and it is not resolved after you contact us, we refund you in full.

How refunds work

• Email us from the address you bought with, and include your order number if you have it (e.g. Q-3F9A2C).
• The money is returned to the same payment method through the payment provider. How long it takes to show depends on your bank or payment provider.
